Whenever I created this blog I decided to try something new once a month. Now this is a humble and mighty goal... I think I need to stick with a few things. So my new goal is to be accountable. Don't give up on other people so easy.
I made a major dietary change in the past 2 years to a whole foods diet and reversed whatever horrible diseases I was inflicting on myself. So now that the diet is accounted for, I need to work on the spiritual and body. First goal, weekly yoga class and daily walks.
